Google Shopping & Performance Max for Ecommerce

Shopping ads sell products, not clicks. We fix the feed, structure campaigns by margin and report revenue per product.

What we build with Google Shopping

  • Merchant Center set-up, feed clean-up and disapproval fixes
  • Shopping and Performance Max campaigns structured by margin and intent
  • Product-level revenue and ROAS reporting
  • Coordination with Meta, email and retention flows

Where it fits in a revenue system

Google Shopping is a demand channel inside a revenue system. Traffic only counts when it becomes a booked call or an order, so every Google Shopping campaign we run is wired into landing pages, CRM routing, follow-up and revenue reporting from day one.

Google Shopping and Performance Max management for online stores: Merchant Center feeds, campaign structure by margin and revenue reporting by product.

Questions we get asked

Can you run Shopping for Shopify or WooCommerce stores?

Yes, both feed directly into Merchant Center; we handle the app, feed rules and supplemental data.

Performance Max or standard Shopping?

Usually both, with standard Shopping protecting the best products and Performance Max finding new demand.

Do you manage Google Shopping on its own, without the rest of the system?

We can, but we recommend against it. The channel performs when the handoff after the click is fixed: landing page, form, speed-to-lead, follow-up and attribution. That is what we install alongside it.
